Payment Options

We offer the following payment options on our Austanners web store - VISA, Mastercard and PayPal. There is an option for manual payment if you would prefer to contact a member of staff to process your Credit card over the phone. Please note : We do not accept American Express or Diners card.

Shipping and Deliveries Policy

We co ordinate our deliveries using Australia Post, Startrak or TNT. Shipping costs have already been applied to the item.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Shipping times are estimated between 2 and 12 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Destinations

Austanners ships goods Australia wide, however at this time we do not accept International orders through our website.

Please email us via our Contact us section on our website for all International orders.

Refund Policy

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or making a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or dont perform as advertised. Refunds, exchanges and credits will not apply if the goods are not in their original condition.
Returns will incur an administration/ restocking fee.

Security Policy

When purchasing from Austanners, card details are transmitted through a secure server using eWay after processing.
